Salmon Avocado Mash
Ingredients:
- 16oz Bag of Summer Slaw Mix
- One whole ripe Avocado
- One 6oz can of BonelessWild Caught Salmon
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Raw Honey
- Dash of Sea Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, mash well into a bowl and serve as a spread for a sandwich or a wrap or serve as a dip with celery or crackers. (Serves 2-4)
