    Salmon Avocado Mash

     

    Ingredients:

    • 16oz Bag of Summer Slaw Mix
    • One whole ripe Avocado
    • One 6oz can of BonelessWild Caught Salmon
    • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 1 tbsp. Raw Honey
    • Dash of Sea Salt & Pepper

    Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients, mash well into a bowl and serve as a spread for a sandwich or a wrap or serve as a dip with celery or crackers. (Serves 2-4)
